merry christmas!

merry christmas! this morning i will leave my dad's family (and my very cute little brother) to open another round of presents with my mum and her family after a long and tiring car trip. in the meantime, here are my two favourite christmas songs for the year, both from the album 'a very she & him christmas' (by she & him) which i happen to like very much. have a great christmas!

a new skirt!

we've been back at the gold coast for a few days now. today we mostly just stayed in bed because we had no better plans, and also no money to spend. we were happy, though, because we had many nice movies at our disposal. in the late afternoon i got myself ready and we walked to the daycare to pick up my amazingly cute little brother. in a few minutes i will get paid, and we will go out for ice cream to celebrate!

the skirt arrived yesterday from topshop, the shirt is from target, i think, and the hair tie is from one of those pop-up korean accessories stalls.

festivals and gelato

yesterday, for the most part, was spent relaxing and watching movies in a warm bed. we also spent some time with my cute little brother, before making our way to surfers paradise for a festival which turned out to be not much of a festival at all. it was quite nice, nonetheless. plus we were able to spend all of the money that we didn't waste buying nice festival things on chocolate gelato, which happened to be insanely good.
